My Misadventures

Marisa's Misadventures is about me...Marisa. I'm a thirty something year old woman, who has in the last couple of years exited a long term (too long!) relationship and reentered the scary world of dating. I'm not alone in this. Many men and women have found themselves in my shoes.

I honestly didn't think I could handle it again. I was now ten years older than the last time I was single, and scared out of my mind. "Oh my god"... to have to start all over, what a disaster! Then I began to realize that the disaster was actually the fact that I had just wasted ten years of my life with a worthless person.

Me starting all over again was actually like hitting the lottery. I was given the chance at a new life. It became time for me to become a wiser woman. To value my time, realize how precious it actually is and to only spend that time with good people.

I will find a great new partner one day and this is where my misadventures begin. So far, I can say that the dating world has given me lots to talk, laugh and blog about. Follow me as I fall in love with love all over again. Thanks for following Marisa's Misadventures*
